As the closing coordinator, I am the one who reviews your contracts and sends them over to the title companies. I flip your listings in the MLS to different statuses, and continually review your files in dotloop to ensure completeness and compliance. Once you have a closing date set in stone, I pull the files, review them, and turn them over to our accountant/controller Linda for earnest money checks when needed. I then file all closed deals.
